Kathleen Crissey, MS, LMHC
Kathleen Crissey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults. Kathleen has learned through her counseling work that by allowing people the opportunity to explore the issues that are troubling them, resolution can be found. She has had the pleasure of working with individuals from all walks of life and feels that through the therapeutic relationship, much growth occurs. Kathleen enjoys this growth as well, as she learns much from her clients.
Kathleen has worked in the field of adoption for 20 years. She has worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ community with an emphasis on HIV/AIDS and individuals who identify as transgender. She is trained as a Parent Coordinator providing services to families involved in a divorce in an effort to enhance co-parenting. Areas of focus in treatment include the following:
